Chef Piyush Jain

Piyush Jain, Executive chef at The HIATUS, was raised in New Delhi, and Worked in U.K and Australia where he was exposed to a style of cooking that infused unique Mediterranean and Modern Australian culture and influences to create a flavorful masterpiece. From early on, Piyush knew he enjoyed creating food to please his friends and family.

Taking advice from his father, Piyush decided to make sure he would like working in a Professional kitchen and applied for the Hotel Management course in Oxford Brookes University in United Kingdom and William Angliss Institute of TAFE in Australia Travelling across the globe at a very young age also helped my culinary senses develop to a great deal.
